Return Policy
Only qualified returns or goods of
dead-on-arrival (DOA) are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Qualified return means that merchandise must be in new and unused condition and
in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model
engine, signs of assembling or disassembling a model kit, installing software or discarding the packing material
are examples of what we consider used merchandise.
Customers must
contact us prior to returning merchandise and are responsible for freight.
Refund of your purchase price less original shipping fee will be made
immediately after returned goods is received.
Exchange is only possible for DOA and
customers are responsible for the shipping fee. Replacement will be
shipped after returned goods is received and shipping fee is deposited into our
account.
Shipping Policies
Orders are usually shipped within 2
working days.
We will notify customers of any out-of-stock items or any long delays in shipping. Time in transit
varies by the shipping method chosen and the location of the shipping address.
In general, delivery may take 1 day to 2 weeks. In very few cases,
merchandise may be held by the customs at destination country for inspection,
the time it takes to reach customers may be longer than expected.
Customers please contact
us as well as your
local post office if merchandise is
not delivered in 2 weeks (or 5 days for Express Mail Service or EMS in short) from the date of dispatch.
We spent a lot of time entering shipping rate of each country so that every customer from anywhere in the world can enjoy the lowest possible shipping fee with us.

shipped via normal postal service to the countries listed below:

If customers have chosen normal postal
service for shipping and merchandise is oversized, we will inform customers to
either pay extra for an appropriate shipping method or cancel order of the
oversized items.
Insurance Policy
Shipping method other than EMS, Shipping to PO
box or unclear shipping address (address containing any short form ) are not
covered by our insurance policy.
Customers please
contact us if merchandise is
not delivered within 1 week from the date of dispatch. We will trace the
package through our shipping agent. It may take several weeks to get
result. If the result indicates package is lost, replacement will be
shipped or refund will be made to the order whichever is appropriate to us.
In case of damaged goods on arrival,
customers may claim damage through your local post office.
